1. Who controls your data

The controller of personal information collected through arielboton.com is:

This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do about it.

2. What we collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health or medical details. Please do not send such information to us through the Site.

3. Why we use it

We rely on the performance of our contract with you, your consent (for marketing email), our legitimate interest in running and protecting the business, and our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to operate:

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. Transfers outside Israel

Some of the providers above store data on servers outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens we rely on the provider’s own contractual safeguards for international transfers.

6. Cookies

The Site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — to keep you logged in, to remember your shopping cart and to keep the checkout secure. These cannot be switched off without breaking the Site. If and when we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first and list them here.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site may then stop working.

7. How long we keep it

Account and access records are kept for as long as your account exists. Invoices and payment records are kept for seven years, as required by Israeli tax law. Messages sent to us are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is incorrect, incomplete or out of date. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email, or by writing to us. We will act on unsubscribe requests promptly, as required by Israeli communications law.

To exercise any of these rights, write to aboton1956@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

9. Security

The Site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access to the administration area is limited. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a serious breach where the law requires it.

10. Children

This Site is intended for adults only and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
