The books and the course sold on this Site contain explicit adult content and discuss sexuality, gender identity, medical procedures and other mature subjects. They are intended for adults only.

By purchasing or accessing any product on this Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher. We may cancel any order and revoke access where we have reason to believe this is not the case.

When you buy the course you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to watch it for your own private use, for as long as the course remains available on the Site. You may not:

Prices are shown on the Site and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to you is the one displayed at the moment you complete your order.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved and you receive a confirmation email. A tax invoice/receipt is issued in accordance with Israeli law.

Access to the course is granted immediately after payment is approved, through your account on this Site. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact us at aboton1956@gmail.com and we will resolve it.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation rights, including the rights given to you by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations made under it, are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on this Site — the course videos, text, books, images, design, logos and the name Ariel Boton — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing on the Site transfers any ownership to you. You may not reproduce or distribute any of it without our written permission.

10. Nothing here is professional advice

The course and the books are personal, educational and autobiographical. They describe one person’s experience and opinions.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for it. Subjects such as hormone treatment, gender-affirming surgery, nutrition and exercise are discussed from personal experience only. Always consult a qualified professional before making any decision about your health, your body or your legal situation. You act on anything you read or watch here at your own responsibility.

We make no promise about any particular result, income, relationship or outcome.

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, not to interfere with its operation, and not to post or send abusive, infringing or unlawful content through any form on the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
